My sliding Everest Patio doors had become very difficult to operate over time, to the point I could no longer use the doors, I had thought that the only option was to replace the doors completely.
However, following a discussion with Mark at HD Hardware, he explained how it was possible to change the rollers at the bottom of the doors at a fraction of the cost.
I described the doors to Mark and he identified the rollers required very quickly, the rollers were sent by post and arrived in a couple of days.
Mark very accurately described how to fit the rollers, I fitted the rollers myself, which I completed in under 2 hrs, and with Marks instructions, it was a relatively straightforward job.
The doors now operate as if they were new, and glide very smoothly.
I would like to say a big thankyou to mark at HD Hardware as he has saved me a hefty bill, and the services and products offered are excellent.

Hi,
Just to say a BIG thank you for your excellent service! I ordered 2 X Contoura Inline Espag Handles from you yesterday and received them this morning. I went all over to various DIY shops, including B&Q to get these handles with a 55mm pin length to no avail. Our only other hope was to look on the internet and I came across your site. I was a bit wary having to give my credit card details as I've never ordered from you before. Needless to say, I'm sure glad I did and I'm very impressed!

I just wanted to say many thanks for sending me my window handles, they are absolutely perfect, I am chuffed and I have even fitted them myself, who needs a tradesman when one can do it themselves, and by buying them from you I have saved a fortune, 2 guys I got quotes from wanted £90.00 to supply and fit, what a joke!!

I was pretty impressed with your service. Our tilt and slide door carried on tilting when I tried to open it around 5 p.m. Thursday. After phoning our window repair man to find out from the recorded message that he was away for three weeks, I found an si logo on the door gear and entered [si tilt and slide] into Google. Your site was right at the top of the list and what I wanted was in your top sellers list.
By 10.30 a.m. on Saturday the postman had been and the door was working again. Fantastic.
